ANDREW B. WALTER, founder
Andrew previously worked as a partner at one of the largest law firms in the country. There, he focused his work on intellectual property matters for clients across various industries and technologies, including biotechnology, medical devices, telecommunications systems, semiconductor technology, wireless communications, smart phones, and automotive systems.
Andrew’s prior practice primarily focused on intellectual property litigation before United States District Courts, the International Trade Commission, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His work also involved advising companies on intellectual property strategy, licensing, and contracts.
Andrew is excited to assist clients with their Intellectual property strategy and management needs. Through his prior experience, he has learned what companies can do correctly and incorrectly to protect their intellectual property and avoid potential pitfalls and problems. He looks forward to working with entities of all sizes, from start-up to established companies, to protect their ideas, inventions, and business.
